I have had this on my mind for a while now, and it’s time I stop putting it off and share what I have been given.

I have been raised a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Growing up, my large family basically owned the second row in sacrament meetings. I’ve served a mission in Germany, been married in the temple, and I continue to attend meetings now with my children and serve in callings.

Shortly after getting married several years ago, my wife’s parents announced that they no longer believed in the church. This was devastating news to their children as it caused many of them to question their own beliefs. Some of us attempted to find the answers for them that would help bring them back into the fold.

In the process of searching for answers, I happened upon a book that helped answer those most important questions for my wife and me by unfolding scripture in a way we hadn’t before seen. My eyes were finally opening to the things that God was trying to teach me, and it has continued since that time.

I have been asked to write some of these things and share them, so that is what I am going to do.
